Common questions
- Who owns the brand?
- You do. Cognitia operates it under contract; the brand IP and customer data live in your entity. We can transition operations back to your team after 24 months on request.
- What if it does not work?
- We have a 12-month minimum operating commitment. After that, you can wind down or transition. We will not deliver a brand we believe will fail — we say no to ~80% of build inquiries.
- Can I see a Cognitia-built brand operating today?
