The problem
The marketing-agency model bills for human hours; the agency wins when they put more hours on your project, you win when they put fewer. The misalignment shows up everywhere: padded scope docs, 'we recommend an additional discovery phase', 6-week kickoff windows. There's a positioning gap for an agency that bills for outcomes using its own agent stack.
What we built / what we did
Built Demandara as the agency arm of Cognitia — sells the same Cognitia OS agent stack we use for our own portfolio brands to outside clients. Next.js site, full LinkedIn-first B2B positioning, 17 /compare/[competitor] pages disambiguating from Buffer, Klaviyo, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Agentforce, Hightouch, Iterable, Braze, Drip, Intercom, etc. Lead capture via Resend, methodology + pricing + FAQ + case studies pages.
Results so far
- 22 indexable pages including 17 competitor comparison pages — each captures the competitor's branded SERP for evaluators.
- Pricing structure: $2.5K 30-day pilot, $5K/mo retainer thereafter. 3 pilot slots open per quarter to maintain quality.
- All case studies are Cognitia portfolio brands (Skillucate, Inlet Move, Alpha Investo) — we eat our own dogfood.
- Same agent stack we run internally is what we sell; no two-tier 'enterprise vs us' offering.
