The problem
BC student funding information is fragmented across 20+ government, school, and foundation websites. Most students apply to one source (StudentAid BC) and stop, leaving $2,000–$8,000 of stackable funding on the table per year. Existing 'scholarship aggregators' are slop sites that index everything but advise on nothing.
What we built / what we did
Built Skillucate from scratch as the Cognitia portfolio's BC-student-funding brand. End-to-end Cognitia OS agent stack: positioning + brand voice → site (Next.js, Vercel) → LLM-citation kit → programmatic SEO across cities × scholarship stages × audience demographics × funding sources → lead capture (Resend + Supabase) → consultation funnel. Brand voice: Amelie (one of our AI influencer characters) as the warm, credible advisor.
Results so far
- 57+ indexable pages across geography (11 cities), stage (6 scholarship levels), audience (7 demographic types), funding sources (12), comparison (1), and learn articles (10+) — all built programmatically with HCU defense and unique editorial per page.
- Consultation funnel live; lead capture via Resend with anti-spam honeypot; Supabase persistence for follow-up tracking.
- Live on skillucate.ca via Vercel; 11 city pages and 7 audience pages indexed by Google + ChatGPT + Perplexity per LLM-citation kit.
- All school-funded entrance awards, federal grants, BC Access, sector grants, Indigenous funding, newcomer pathways mapped to single consultation framework — 30-min review surfaces $2K–$12K of often-missed stackable funding per student.

Honest caveats
Skillucate is in growth phase — we don't share customer counts publicly while still optimizing the funnel. The ~$2K–$12K savings figure is per-consultation, not per-student-served-to-date. The brand has been Cognitia-owned and Cognitia-operated since launch — there's no pre-Cognitia baseline to compare against.
